佛山地区隐源性卒中与右向左分流的相关性比较 被引量:1

The association between cryptogenic stroke and right-to-left shunts in Foshan

摘要 目的:观察隐源性卒中右向左分流的发病率,分析隐源性卒中与右向左分流的相关性。方法:117例隐源性卒中患者作为观察组,同期住院的119例非卒中患者作为对照组,应用对比增强经颅多普勒检查诊断右向左分流表现,对比二者基线资料.结果:隐源性卒中组右向左分流发病率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:隐源性卒中与右向左分流相关,右向左分流可能是隐源性卒中的危险因素。 Objective: To observe the incidence of right-to-left shunt in cryptogenic stroke and an alyze the correlation between cryptogenic stroke and right-to-left shunt. Methods: 117 patients with cryptogenic stroke were treated as observation group and 119 patients without stroke were treated as control group at the same time. Contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler was used to diagnose right-toleft shunt. The baseline data were compared. Results: The incidence of right-to-left shunt in cryptogenic stroke group was higher than that in control group, a nd the difference was statistically signifi cant. Conclusion : Cryptogenic stroke is associated with right-to-left shunt. Right-to-left shunt may be a risk factor for cryptogenic stroke.
