基于改进得分函数的属性变权重区间直觉模糊集的群决策方法

An Approach to Variable Weight Group Decision-Making Based on Improved Scoring Function of Interval Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

摘要 基于目前常用的区间直觉模糊集得分函数的局限性,文章对其进行改进,定义了新的得分函数,在此基础上对不同决策者对不同属性给出的不同权重的区间直觉模糊集的群决策问题进行了研究,并提出了一种新的决策方法;将其应用于区域创新资源配置效率评价中,以此说明该方法的实用性和可行性。 In view of the limitations of score function of interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets,this paper improves it and defines a new scoring function. On this basis,a study is made on the group decision problem of interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets with different weights given by different decision makers,and a new group decision-making method is proposed,which the paper applies to the evaluation of regional innovation resource allocation efficiency,thus verifying the practicability and feasibility of the proposed method.
