摘要
通过调查问卷法、运用探索性因子分析法研究各因素指标的重要性,建立成效评价体系,对评测警务辅助人员管理改革成效具有重要意义。在改革实践中,警辅人员的薪酬福利改革与经费、装备改革的成效度偏低,为此,今后改革的重点应着重提升警辅人员的待遇保障与后勤保障,建立科学合理的保障机制是提高警务辅助人员管理改革成效的关键举措。
Through the questionnaire method,549 valid questionnaires were distributed and recovered,and exploratory factor analysis was used to study the importance of various factors and indicators,and to establish an evaluation system for the effectiveness of the management reform of auxiliary police was of great significance.In the practice,the effectiveness of the reform of salary and welfare,funds and equipment of auxiliary police is low. Therefore,the focus of future reform should be on improving the treatment and logistic support of auxiliary police. Establishing a scientific and reasonable guarantee mechanism is the key measure to improve the effectiveness of the reform of auxiliary police management.
