摘要 科学构建评价指标体系是世界一流学科评价的前提。通过梳理目前国际上影响力较大的QS、CWCU、U.S.News、THE、ESI学科排名和教育部一级学科评估,运用解释结构模型对18个一级指标进行解构分析,得出世界一流学科评价多级递阶结构模型,得到国内指标和国际指标的内在逻辑关系,对我国世界一流学科建设提出建议。结果表明:师资队伍与资源和产业收入是世界一流学科建设的深层根本影响因素;学术声誉、雇主声誉、社会服务与学科声誉是表层直接影响因素;其他因素是承上启下的关键环节。 With the implementation of double first-class construction, the research on the world-class academic evaluation index system has quickly become one of the research hotspots in the field of higher education. By sorting out the six evaluation systems of QS, CWCU, U.S. News, THE, ESI and the first-class discipline evaluation of the Ministry of Education, a world-class discipline evaluation index system is initially formed, which is composed of 18 first-class indicators. The interpretative structure modeling(ISM) is used to reconstruct it and build a multi-level hierarchical structure model. The internal logic relationship of evaluation indicators is analyzed, and suggestions for the world-class disciplines construction in China are put forward. The results show that the faculty, resources and industry income are the fundamental factors affecting the construction of world-class disciplines;academic reputation, employer reputation, social service and discipline reputation constitute the surface of the system of direct impact factors;other factors are the links between the preceding and the following key links. It is considered that the analysis and synthesis from the index structure level is the key means to scientifically construct the evaluation index system of world-class disciplines.
