内涵式发展视角下新加坡高校发展理念与启示

Development Philosophy and Enlightenment of Colleges and Universities in Singapore from Perspective of Connotative Development

在智能化与全球化的驱动下,传统大众化高等教育体系正在经历巨大冲击。近年来,新加坡科技设计大学作为一所新兴的研究型大学,因其飞速发展而受到国际社会的广泛关注。文章在内涵式发展的视角下,从课程设置、项目学习、教师队伍等三个方面揭示其创新发展理念,并提出对国内高校"双一流"建设的启示:开发跨学科课程体系,弥补传统分科教学的不足;倡导基于跨学科的项目学习,培养书本知识之外的技能和态度;打造高质量的教师队伍。

Driven by intelligence and globalization, the traditional popular higher education system is experiencing tremendous impact. In recent years, as an emerging research-intensive university, Singapore University of Technology and Design has drawn wide attention from the international society because of its rapid development. From the perspective of connotative development, this paper reveals its innovative development concept from three aspects: curriculum design, project-based learning and teaching staff, and puts forward the enlightenment for the construction of "Double First-Class" of domestic colleges and universities: developing interdisciplinary curriculum system to make up for the deficiency of traditional subject-specific teaching;advocating interdisciplinary project-based learning to cultivate skills and attitudes beyond textbooks;and building a high-quality teaching team.
