自我控制在体育类大学生自尊与网络偏差行为间的中介作用

Relationship Between Self-Esteem and Internet Deviant Behaviors in Physical Educational College Students: The Mediating Role of Self-Control

目的:探索体育类大学生自我控制在自尊与网络偏差行为间的中介作用。方法:自尊量表(SES)、网络偏差行为问卷和自我控制量表(SCS)对477名体育类大学生进行施测,运用SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0进行统计分析。结果:体育类大学生自尊与自我控制呈显著正相关(r=0.40,P<0.01),与网络偏差行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.01)。体育类大学生自我控制与网络偏差行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.001)。在中介模型中,体育类大学生自尊对网络偏差行为的直接效应不显著,而自我控制的间接效应显著。结论:体育类大学生自我控制在自尊对网络偏差行为的影响中起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的89.6%。

The paper is intended to explore the mediating role of self-control between physical educational college students’ self-esteem and Internet deviant behaviors. The Self-Esteem Scale, Self-Control Scale and Internet Deviant Behavior Inventory were applied to survey 477 physical educational college students. Results indicate that the self-esteem is positively correlated with self-control and negatively correlated with Internet deviant behaviors. The self-control is negatively correlated with Internet deviant behavior. The self-esteem has no significantly direct effect on Internet deviant behaviors, but the mediating effect of self-control between self-esteem and Internet deviant behavior is observed significant. A conclusion may be safely drawn that the self-control completely plays a mediating role between self-esteem and Internet deviant behaviors.
