摘要
研究生教育满意度从学生视角评估研究生教育水平,是反映、监测和评估研究生教育质量一个重要维度与指标。文章运用多元逐步回归,研究考察了研究生个体特征和学校环境与教育满意度之间的关联性。研究发现:在个体特征方面,不同年级、学位类型之间的教育满意度存在显著差异,研究生的学术期望显著正向影响教育满意度;在学校环境方面,管理服务、科研条件、科研氛围、导师指导以及课程情况显著正向影响研究生教育满意度。总体来看,学校环境比个体特征对硕士研究生教育满意度的影响更大。
Graduate students ' satisfaction is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of graduate education. In this study, multiple stepwise regression is used to investigate the relationship between individual characteristics, school environment and education satisfaction of graduate students. The results show that individual factors are strikingly different in the aspect of grades, degree types and academic expectation;college environment factors including management and service, research condition, academic climate, supervisor 's guidance, and curriculum have significant influence on the graduate student satisfaction. In general, school environment has a greater impact on the degree of satisfaction than individual characteristics.
