摘要
高校毕业生人数逐年稳步增长,就业难和用工难问题备受关注。高校毕业生怀才不遇,用人单位求贤若渴,就业难和用工难成为结构性矛盾。文章立足利益相关者视角,将博弈论作为分析工具,对高校、毕业生、用人单位、人力资源社会保障部、高校就业促进中心、教育部等利益相关者进行不完美信息动态博弈分析,理清利益相关者的期望利益,对高校毕业生就业策略进行研究,以期站在不同的视角研究高校毕业生就业问题,来化解就业难和用工难问题。
The number of college graduates has been increasing steadily year by year, and the problems of application and employment have gained much attention. Graduates are frustrated for all their talents, employers are in urgent need for talents. Therefore, the difficulties of application and employment have become a structural contradiction. Based on the perspective of stakeholders, this paper, taking the theory of game as an analytical tool, makes an analysis of dynamic game of imperfect information among stakeholders, such as universities, graduates, employers, ministry of human resources and social security, university employment promotion centers and ministry of education and so on. In order to solve the difficulties in application and employment from different perspectives of studying the employment problems of graduates, this paper clarifies the expected interests of the stakeholders, studies the employment strategies of college graduates.
