摘要 培养高素质善保教的学前教育专业人才,需精研国家标准,立足岗位需求,坚持"实践取向",确立"一专全能型""反思性实践者"的人才培养目标,构建多维实践教学体系,做到理论与实践相互融合,课内与课外彼此支撑,高校与幼儿园结成实践共同体,协同共育,不断拓展实践场域;同时专业教育要全线贯穿,技能训练要全程强化,专业实践要循序推进,实践反思要由浅入深,不但奠定职业理想,而且强化专业能力,催生实践智慧,提升专业品质。 In order to cultivate high-quality preschool education professionals who are good at protecting and teaching, it is necessary to refine national standards, base on job demands and adhere to the "practice orientation". Establishing "a versatile talent""reflective practitioner" talent training target. And it is also necessary to construct a multidimensional practical teaching system,which integrates theory with practice, establishes mutual support between in-class and after-class designs and activities. At the same time, professional education runs through the whole process, skill training is strengthened in the whole process, professional practice is promoted step by step, practice reflection starts from the simple to the deep, which lays the foundation of career ideal, strengthens professional ability, promotes practical wisdom and improves professional quality.
