摘要
目的改进国家药品标准中单磷酸阿糖腺苷水分测定的方法。方法以10%咪唑无水甲醇为溶剂,采用容量滴定法,用水分测定仪滴定费休氏试液至终点。结果3~15 mg含水量与消耗滴定液的体积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9971),平均回收率为98.6%(n=9)。结论所用方法稳定、准确、可靠,可用于单磷酸阿糖腺苷的水分测定。
OBJECTIVE To improve the method for the determination of water content of Vidarabine monophosphate in National Drug Standard.METHODS The solvent was 10%imidazole methanol anhydrous.Titrate Karl Fischer reagent to the end point with a moisture analyze by Volumetic titration.RESULTS The linearity was obtained over 1-15 mg of purified water(r=0.9971).The average recovery of the method was 98.6%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method is simple and rapid.It can be used for the water determination of Vidarabine monophosphare.
