Opportunity, Challenge and Path Choice of Party Governance System in the New Era

中国共产党制度治党的理论和实践经验的丰厚积累、党的领导集体对制度治党重要性的充分认识、新时代中国特色社会主义伟大实践等为制度治党提供了良好机遇;西方政治模式的渗透、封建人治传统的制约、党内潜规则的腐蚀、党内制度执行刚性不足等是新时代制度治党面临的挑战;大力加强党内法规制度建设、严格制度执行和落实、管好治好“一把手”、及时制度化地方试点创新成果、积极发挥舆论监督作用和构建科学民主的党内法治文化等是新时代制度治党的路径选择。

Rich experience on party governance theory and practice from the Communist Party of China, leading group of the Party fully understanding the importance of party governance system, great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the like all provide a good opportunity for the party governance system, while the institutional governance of the party in the new era is facing the challenges, such as the infiltration of the western political model, the restriction of the feudal rule of man, the corrosion of hidden rules within the Party, the lack of rigid execution of the inner-party system and so on. Therefore, in the new era, the path of institutional governance in the Party is to strengthen the construction of inner-party laws and regulations, strictly enforce and implement the system, manage and cure the "top leaders”,institutionalize local pilot innovation and achievements in a timely manner, give full play to the role of public opinion supervision and build a scientific and democratic inner-party legal culture.
