人工智能的崛起能够提升脱贫攻坚工作的时效性、精确性与互动性,为新时代脱贫攻坚工作带来了新机遇,但人工智能的融入也极易造成脱贫攻坚工作的公正性和责任伦理的流失,并带来一定程度的信息安全危险,亦存在数据信息的孤岛化及政企合作不足等现实问题。近年来,我国农村扶贫工作同人工智能的融合已显露端倪,但地方政府要借力人工智能打赢脱贫攻坚战,必须在已有基础上进一步形成理念创新机制、配套管理机制、智能中枢机制和深度协作机制,以推进人工智能同农村脱贫攻坚实现深度融合。

However, the integration of artificial intelligence can easily cause the loss of impartiality and responsibility ethics in poverty alleviation work, and bring information security risks, as well as other practical problems such as the islanding of data information and insufficient government-enterprise cooperation. In recent years, China's rural poverty alleviation work with the integration of artificial intelligence has emerged. It is necessary to further form a conceptual innovation mechanism, supporting management mechanism, intelligent central mechanism and deep cooperation mechanism on the basis of existing ones, so as to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and rural poverty alleviation. Only in this way can local governments use artificial intelligence to win the battle against poverty.
