宁夏贫困县(区)在脱贫攻坚中,贯彻落实党中央打赢打好脱贫攻坚战的战略部署和宁夏回族自治区脱贫攻坚的具体要求,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,顺应时代发展需要,提高人民群众自我发展能力,努力实现农村贫困人口"两不愁、三保障",增强了人民的获得感幸福感安全感。当然,宁夏贫困县(区)脱贫攻坚中仍然存在着影响和制约农村群众不断增强获得感幸福感安全感的问题,需要抓住人民最关心最直接最现实的利益问题,扎实推进精准扶贫,用高质量脱贫补齐民生短板,不断实现贫困群众获得感幸福感安全感。
