摘要
随着地铁线网规模的快速发展,后期运维支出不断加大,客流量结构性失衡等问题相继出现,原有的收支平衡被打破。本文以南京市为例,在地铁运营收益支出的分析基砒上,对比国内同类城市地铁补贴模式,为下一步建立正向激励的地铁补亏机制提供必要的基础数据和决策参考。
With the rapid development of metro network scale,the operation and maintenance expenditure in the later period is increasing,and the structural imbalance of passenger flow has emerged one after another.Taking Nanjing as an example,on the basis of the analysis of the revenue and expenditure of subway operation,this paper compares the subsidy modes of the same kind of cities in China,and provides the necessary basic data and decision-making reference for the establishment of a positive incentive mechanism to compensate for metro deficits.
