摘要
与传统的使用2 M光电转换器的技术方案相比,采用通信设备2 M光接口直接承载继电保护业务的方式具备很多技术、经济优势。为了促进该技术推广应用,西北电力调控分中心采用目前西北电网中主用的多型继电保护装置与通信设备,搭建了试验平台以及一套在实际电网环境中的试运行系统,对该技术的可行性和可靠性进行了测试验证。介绍了测试方法和结论,分析了该技术的优势以及目前存在的制约因素,并提出改进建议,为后期该技术在电网中的大规模推广应用工作提供了参考依据。
Compared with the traditional scheme using 2 M photo-electric converter, the scheme directly carrying relay protection service through 2 M optical interface has more technical and economic advantages. In order to promote the popularization of this technology, a test platform consisting of various types of relay protection devices and a trial operation system running on site were built, and some feasibility and reliability testing and verification work have been carried out. The test methods and conclusions are introduced in this paper, the benefits of the application of this technology in power grid and some constraints that exist at present are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward as well. This paper provides a reference for the popularization of the technology in power grid.
