Investigation and Application of Type II Superlattice Infrared Optoelectronic Materials

摘要 二类超晶格材料是近年来飞速发展的一种红外光电材料,本文首先阐述了二类超晶格光电材料的特性,重点从中波、长波、和甚长波3个方面描述了二类超晶格光电材料的研究进展;最后全面展望了基于二类超晶格材料所制备的制冷型红外光电器件在军事、遥感、环境、安全和工业领域的应用。 Type II Superlattice Infrared (T2SL) optoelectronic materials are of great interest in recent years. In this paper, physical properties of T2SL materials are firstly illustrated. Especially, the current improvement of midwavelength ,long-wavelength, and very-long-wavelength T2SL materials are discussed in detail. Finally, the potential applications of corresponding infrared optoelectronic devices in military, remote-sensing, environment, safety and industry are presented.
