通过对牌楼坝村公共服务设施的规划设计,阐述了乡村公共服务设施规划设计除了要考虑项目的地理、环境、规模等因素外,还要坚持规划先行、以村民为主体的设计理念和设计原则,并在具体的设计内容中有所体现,以期有所突破和创新。

Through planning and design of public service facilities of Pailouba village, it is described that such factors as geography, environment and scale must be taken into account in the planning and design of public service facilities of village,in addition to this,the design idea and principle of planning first and taking villagers as the main part should be brought into the design contents for breakthrough and innovation.
