基于正交试验优化自密实混凝土配合比设计

摘要 以济南-青岛高速铁路工程为例,介绍了自密实混凝土配合比设计。通过正交试验配制方法,根据工程特点,对粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量、黏度改性材料掺量和减水剂掺量等4个因素进行比选,根据4个因素对混凝土工作性能的影响,优化设计出自密实混凝土最优配合比。 With Jinan-Qingdao high speed railway project as an example, the self-compacting concrete mix proportion design is introduced. Through orthogonal experiment and based on the engineering characteristics, the four factors of ash addition,fine ores addition, viscosity-modified materials addition and water reducing agent dosage etc. are compared and selected. Based on the effect of the four factors on working performance of the concrete, the optimum mix proportion of self-compacting concrete is optimized and designed.
