烧结工程超低排放与节能措施

摘要 以550 m^2带式烧结机为例,对烧结机环冷废气余热回收利用进行了研究。通过分段利用、余热锅炉烟气再循环、热风烧结、串级利用等方式实现全部废气循环使用。计算结果表明:采用环冷机废气余热利用新技术,可以节约固体燃耗3.63 kgce/t-s,在超低排放政策下,烧结能耗指标仍能达到GB 21256-2013《粗钢生产主要工序单位产品能耗限额》规定的要求。 Taking the 550 m^2 straight-line sinter machine as an example, the waste gas heat recovery and utilization of circular cooler of sinter machine is studied. The recirculation and utilization of all waste gas are realized by means of segmental utilization,flue gas recirculation by waste heat boiler,hot air sintering and cascade utilization etc. The calculation results show that, by adopting the waste gas reutilization of circular cooler,3. 63 kg standard coal per ton of sinter can be saved. Under the condition of satisfying the ultra-low emission policy, the sintering energy consumption index can still meet the requirements specified in" the norm of energy consumption per unit product of major individual-process of crude steel manufacturing process"( GB 21256-2013).
