高职院校一流建设自主权的标志性体现——以陕西工商职业学院为例

On the Symbolic Embodiment of Self-determination in First-class Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Shaanxi Business College as an example

办学自主权的落实与完善是高职院校实现追赶超越的重要抓手,是一流高职院校建设的根本与关键之所在。立足陕西工商职业学院的跨越式发展成就,就高职院校办学自主权体现出来的教师专业技术资格评审自主权、企业行业师资引入自主权、招生与专业结构优化自主权以及学校运行机构设置自主权等核心要素予以探讨。

The implementation and improvement of school-running autonomy is an important grasp for higher vocational colleges to catch up and surpass, and is the fundamental and key to the construction of first-class higher vocational colleges. Based on the great-leap-forward development achievements of Shaanxi Business College, this paper discusses the core elements of the autonomy of teachers’ professional and technical qualification evaluation, the autonomy of teachers’ introduction in enterprises, the autonomy of enrollment and optimization of professional structure, and the autonomy of school operating institutions.
