学生需求视角下提高高校学生参与校园文化建设的动力机制研究

摘要 本文切实从学生发展需求角度出发,探索高校学生参与校园文化建设的现状,分析当今时代特点下校园文化发展道路上存在的机遇与挑战,并建设性提出以"学生发展"为中心促进高校校园文化建设的动力机制模型,旨在建立全员责任意识,为历史文化传承与时代发展更好的融合,促进校园文化适时在当代大学生的成长成才过程中发挥作用的最优化。 From the perspective of students’ development needs, this paper explores the present situation of College Students’ participation in the construction of campus culture, analyses the opportunities and challenges existing in the development of campus culture under the characteristics of the present era, and constructively puts forward a dynamic mechanism model of promoting the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities centered on the development of students, aiming at establishing the sense of responsibility of the whole staff, inheriting historical culture and the times, develop better integration and promote campus culture to play an optimum role in the growth and development of contemporary college students.
