高职辅导员工作困境与对策思考

Reflections on the Work Difficulties and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Counselors

辅导员是我国高等教育从业人员范畴中的特殊群体,其主要职能是开展高职学生思想政治教育工作,是高职学生正确人生观、世界观和价值观的指引者,从自身角度出发应努力塑造学生"人生导师"和"知心朋友"的角色。纵观近年来社会环境变化、职业教育体制改革及高职学生新特点,导致高职辅导员工作面临一些困境,本文对此展开研究和思考,提出一些解决对策。

Counselors are a special group in the field of higher education practitioners in China. Their main functions are to carry out ideological and political education for higher vocational students, and to guide them to correct outlook on life, world outlook and values. From their own point of view, they should strive to shape the roles of "life mentor" and "bosom friend" of students. In recent years, the changes of social environment, the reform of vocational education system and the new characteristics of higher vocational students have led to some difficulties in the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges. This paper studies and considers these problems, and puts forward some countermeasures.
