深化产教融合视角下职前职后一体化育人模式的构建 被引量:7

摘要 构建职前职后一体化育人体系的核心有两点:一是建设一体化课程体系,二是建设一体化师资队伍。其中,一体化课程体系是实现职前的学历教育与职后教育衔接贯通的关键,一体化师资队伍是有效落实一体化课程体系、实现一体化育人目标的可靠保障。根据职前职后一体化育人模式的人才培养要求,以高职酒店管理专业为例,归纳总结了四个层级岗位群的典型工作任务及能力要求,构建了"四阶递进"职前职后一体化金钥匙课程体系,并进一步研究了一体化师资队伍建设途径及职前职后一体化育人体系的保障措施。 There are two cores to build an integrated education system before and after employment: one is to build an integrated curriculum system and the other is to build an integrated teaching staff. Among them, the integrated curriculum system is the key to realize the coherence between pre-service academic education and post-service education, and the integrated teaching staff is the reliable guarantee to effectively implement the integrated curriculum system and achieve the goal of integrated education. According to the requirement of personnel training of pre-service and post-service integrated education mode, taking the hotel management major in vocational colleges as an example,this paper sums up the typical work tasks and ability requirements of four-level post groups, constructs the golden key curriculum system of the "four-level progressive" pre-service and post-service integration, and further studies the ways to build an integrated teaching staff and the measures to guarantee the pre-service and post-service integrated education system.
