摘要
针对山西省护理人才培养数量与质量难以满足医疗机构和社会公共服务需求的现状,院校护理人才培养模式创新应在摆脱传统生物医学教学体系的基础上,构建护理人才独立的教学体系和评价体系,以深化产教融合和密切医教结合为切入点,打通应用型本科及研究生以上教育通道;政府应通过加强政策引领鼓励社会资本参与护理人才队伍的培养和建设,共同破解护理人才培养问题。
In view of the situation that the quantity and quality of nursing professionals training in Shanxi are dif ficult to meet the needs of medical institutions and public services, in the innovation of nursing professionals training mode, colleges should build an independent teaching and evaluation system for nursing professionals by breaking away from the traditional biomedical teaching system, with deepening the integration of industry and education and close in tegration of hospital and college as the breakthrough point so as to connect the educational channel for the applied un dergraduates and postgraduates, and the government should jointly solve the problems of nursing professionals training by strengthening policy guidance and encouraging social capital to participate in the training and construction of nurs ing professionals.
