摘要 在教师专业发展中,元认知培养意义重大。在职前教师的元认知培养中,深度学习既是前提条件,也是发展成果。深度学习视域下职前教师应在教师职业身份下发展元认知知识,在真实教学情境中进行元认知体验,在共同体协作中形成元认知策略。在技术支持下,教师教育者可通过构建学习者中心的学习情境、发挥共同体共享作用、重视并精炼反思过程三个方面开展教学,促成深度学习,全面提升职前教师的元认知能力。 In the professional development of teachers, metacognitive training is of great significance. In pre-ser vice teachers * metacognitive training, deep learning is not only a prerequisite but also a development achievement. In the perspective of deep learning, pre-service teachers should develop metacognitive knowledge under their professional identity, conduct metacognitive experience in real teaching situations, and form metacognitive strategies in community collaboration. With the help of technical support, the teacher educators can promote deep learning and comprehensive ly enhance pre-service teachers * metacognitive ability by means of such three aspects as constructing learner-centered learning situations, giving full play to the role of community sharing, paying attention to and refining the process of re flection.
