摘要
风险公平重点关注对个体获得竞争结果的调控以及对结果影响的限制,能够更加彻底地实现机会公平。教师可以通过对学习结果的调控和对学习结果影响的限制,实现风险公平视角下的学习机会公平。我们应从广泛的视角认识风险公平,实现风险公平对背景公平"补偿性原则"的超越,在对学生学习结果进行调控时,也要关注学习效果。
Stake equity focuses on regulating the competition results individuals can get,and limiting the influence of results,which can achieve equity of opportunity completely. Teachers can achieve equity of opportunity to learn from the perspective of stake equity by regulating learning results and limiting the influence of results. We should understand stake equity from a general perspective to realize the transcendence of "compensation rule"of stake equity to background equity,and focus on the learning effects while regulating the learning results.
