学校“特色发展”中的文化性认知与拓展

摘要 文化性是学校特色发展的基本属性,文化是教育特色发展的内核,也是学校特色发展的依托。文化内涵是学校特色发展的基础,同时,学校特色发展也需要遵守一定的文化要求。学校特色发展的文化内涵主要包括精神文化、制度文化、环境文化、课程文化等。在实践中,学校需要在制度完善时拓展文化精神,在环境美化时践行文化思想,在课程开发中对应学校特色发展文化理念,在教育创新中延续价值取向。 Cultural characteristic is the basic attribute of the school's featured development. Culture is the core of characteristic development of education and also the support for the characteristic development of school. Cultural connotation is the basis for the characteristic development, and meanwhile, featured development needs to comply with certain cultural requirements. The cultural connotation of school's featured development mainly includes the spiritual culture, the institutional culture, the environmental culture and the curriculum culture. In the practice of characteristic development, schools need to expand cultural spirit while improving the system, put cultural thoughts into practice while beautifying the environment, correspond with cultural concepts while developing courses and carry on the value orientation in the innovation of education.
