恶性肿瘤护理中人文关怀的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of humanistic care in malignant tumor nursing

目的研究分析对恶性肿瘤患者施予人文关怀的价值及效果。方法86例恶性肿瘤患者,根据护理方法的不同分为A组及B组,各43例。A组接受常规护理,B组接受人文关怀护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果A组总体满意率为86.05%,B组总体满意率为97.67%;B组总体满意率高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均较本组护理前降低,且B组SAS评分(29.15±3.70)分、SDS评分(39.66±4.48)分均低于A组的(34.79±3.88)、(45.96±3.83)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀运用于恶性肿瘤患者的护理中,可以减轻患者的负性心理,增强护理的效果,值得推行与运用。

Objective To study and analyze the value and effect of humanistic care nursing in malignant tumor. Methods A total of 86 malignant tumor patients were divided by different nursing methods into group A and group B, with 43 cases in each group. Group A received conventional nursing, and group B received humanistic care nursing. The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results Group A had total satisfaction degree as 86.05%, which was 97.67% in group B. Group B had higher total satisfaction degree than group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before nursing, both groups had no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score (P>0.05). After nursing, both groups had lower SAS and SDS score than those before nursing, and group B had lower SAS score as (29.15 ± 3.70) points and SDS score as (39.66 ± 4.48) points than (34.79 ± 3.88) and (45.96 ± 3.83) points in group A. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of humanistic care nursing in malignant tumor patients can alleviate their negative psychology and enhance the nursing effect. It is worthy of implementation and application.
