垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血患者的临床疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of pituitrin in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis

目的观察垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血患者的临床疗效及其护理方法。方法70例肺结核咯血患者,根据护理方法不同分为常规组和研究组,每组35例。两组患者均行常规对症支持及垂体后叶素治疗,常规组施予常规护理,研究组施予综合性护理。对比两组治疗及护理效果、咯血停止时间、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果研究组患者的咯血停止时间(1.41±0.65)d短于常规组的(2.96±0.84)d,不良反应发生率5.71%低于常规组的28.57%,总有效率94.29%高于常规组的74.29%,总满意度94.29%高于常规组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血患者的同时给予患者综合性护理的效果显著,可推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and nursing methods of pituitrin in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis. Methods A total of 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis were divided by different nursing methods in to conventional group and research group, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups received routine symptomatic support and pituitrin treatment, and conventional group received conventional nursing. Research group received comprehensive nursing. Comparison were made on treatment and nursing effect, hemoptysis stop time, occurrence of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results The research group had significantly shorter hemoptysis stop time as (1.41 ± 0.65) d than (2.96 ± 0.84) d in conventional group, lower incidence of adverse reactions as 5.71%, than 28.57% in conventional group, higher total effective rate as 94.29% than 74.29% in conventional group, and higher total satisfaction degree as 94.29% than 71.43% in conventional group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pituitrin and comprehensive nursing shows remarkable effect in treating patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, and it can be promoted.
