无痛胃肠镜诊疗的精准护理经验及效果观察

Observation on experience and effect of precision nursing in diagnosis and treatment of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

目的探讨在无痛胃肠镜诊疗中实施精准护理的经验及效果。方法144例行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者,按照检查时间分为对照组(73例)和观察组(71例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精准护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、检查时间、麻醉药物用量及血压、心率变化情况。结果观察组SDS评分(37.24±4.26)分、SAS评分(39.54±4.35)分、VAS评分(1.17±0.47)分均低于对照组的(40.37±5.39)、(42.32±5.05)、(2.33±0.66)分,检查时间(24.67±3.51)min短于对照组的(31.45±4.68)min,麻醉药物用量(22.62±3.23)ml少于对照组的(29.18±3.81)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.934、5.814、13.235,P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃肠镜诊疗中实施精准护理,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,稳定血压和心率,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the experience and effect of precision nursing in diagnosis and treatment of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods A total of 144 patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were divided by examination time into control group(73 cases) and observation group(71 cases). The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received precise nursing.Comparison were made on changes of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, self-rating depression scale(SDS)score, visual analogue scale(VAS) score, examination time, anesthetic dosage, blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower SDS score as(37.24±4.26) points, SAS score as(39.54±4.35) points and VAS score as(1.17±0.47) points than(40.37±5.39),(42.32±5.05) and(2.33±0.66) points in the control group, shorter examination time as(24.67±3.51) min than(31.45±4.68) min in the control group, and less anesthesia dosage as(22.62±3.23) ml than(29.18±3.81) ml in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had lower systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(t=8.934,5.814, 13.235, P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of precision nursing in diagnosis and treatment of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively alleviate patients’ negative emotions, stabilize blood pressure and heart rate. It is worthy of promotion.
