文章主要以承德市磬棰湾传统商业街项目为实例,对在历史文化保护区内的特色商业街区开发过程和要点进行了分析,从遵守文保要求的方案设计原则,到具体的设计策略、平面功能设计,材料选用,交通流线系组织、建筑造型设计、景观设计等多方面进行了论述。

Taking the traditional commercial street project in Chengde City as an example, this paper analyses the development process and key points of the characteristic commercial blocks in the historical and cultural protected areas. It discusses the principles of scheme design, including specific design strategies, plane function design, material selection, traffic organization, architectural design, landscape design and so on.
