古往今来,人才是富国之本,兴邦大业。全球国际化要求人才国际化,如何培养具有国际视野的人才是当今高校包括独立院校的首要任务。但由于独立院校的特殊性和局限性,国际化人才的培养困难重重,因此本文将分析其困难并探讨可行性的国际人才培养的出路。

Through the ages, talents are the key to increase productivity and strengthen the country. Global internationalization requires internationalized talents. However, how to foster talents with global views is the primary of college and universities including independent colleges. Due to the specialties and limitedness of independent colleges, it is extremely difficult to foster internationalized talents. Therefore, this article tries to analyze its difficulties and probe into the practical approaches to cultivate talents.
