浅析高职招生困境及策略

On the Difficulties and Strategies of Enrollment in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校招生越来越困难,究其原因,主要是由于人们受传统观念影响对高职教育认识不够、高职院校专业缺乏特色、招生专业设置不合理、生源短缺、生源质量较差、院校竞争的影响、学生择校的影响等。要缓解高职招生困难应在学院内涵建设、招生宣传工作、拓宽生源渠道、提高办学积极性、成立校友会、加强校园文化活动等方面采取相应对策。

It is more and more difficult for higher vocational colleges to recruit students. The main reasons are that people are not well aware of higher vocational education because of the influence of traditional concepts, the lack of characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the unreasonable setting of enrollment majors, the shortage of students, the poor quality of students, the influence of college competition, and the influence of students' choice of schools. In order to alleviate the difficulties of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, corresponding countermeasures should be taken in the aspects of college connotation construction, enrollment propaganda work, widening the channels of students' sources, improving the enthusiasm of running schools, establishing alumni associations and strengthening campus cultural activities.
