青年教师党员作为高职院校党组织中的重要一环,其先锋模范作用的发挥,是凸显党组活力、创新和丰富党内活动的关键。以武汉交通职业学院为例,针对新时代高职院校青年教师党员的发展需求和存在的问题,我们需要发挥学校党组织作用,借力社会组织,积极宣传,提升青年教师党员综合素养,促推高职院校青年教师党员发挥先锋模范作用,助力党组织有力发展。

As an important part of the Party organization in higher vocational colleges, young teachers' Party members play a pioneer and exemplary role, which is the key to highlight the vitality, innovation and enrichment of Party activities. Taking Wuhan Technical College of Communications as an example, in view of the development needs and existing problems of young teachers' Party members in higher vocational colleges in the new era, we need to give full play to the role of school party organizations, make use of social organizations, actively publicize, enhance the comprehensive quality of young teachers' Party members, promote young teachers' Party members in higher vocational colleges to play a vanguard and exemplary role, and promote the effective development of Party organizations.
