论新形势下提高高校基层党建带群建工作的实效性

On Improving the Effectiveness of Party Building at the Basic Level in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

在高校基层党组织开展好基层党建带群建工作,对贯彻落实党的方针,树立党的绝对领导以及为将来培养出更多优秀的人才具有非常重要的意义。由于高校基层党组织与群团组织所服务的目标是一致的,都是服务于高校师生,故必须重视基层党建工作,优化党建带群建工作。本文在阐述高校基层党建带群建工作重要意义的基础上,就当前党建带群建的现状进行了分析,提出了一些优化党建带群建的工作实效性。

It is of great significance for implementing the Party's policy, establishing the absolute leadership of the Party and cultivating more excellent talents in the future to carry out the work of leading the Party construction at the grass-roots level in Colleges and universities. Since the primary Party organizations and mass organizations in Colleges and universities serve the same goal and serve both teachers and students, we must attach importance to the work of Party building at the grass-roots level and optimize the work of Party building leading mass construction. On the basis of explaining the important significance of the work, of group construction of grass-roots party construction belt in Colleges and universities, this paper analyses the current situation of group construction of Party Construction belt, and puts forward some practical effects of optimizing the work of group construction of Party construction belt.
