摘要 企业顶岗实习是培养高技能复合型数控专业人才的重要环节之一,也是校企合作的主要体现。围绕数控专业学生企业顶岗实习现状,依据数控技术(中高职贯通)专业的实际情况,通过与企业的沟通,探讨了对教师"产教研"融合能力的培养途径,建设了"产教研融合"平台,构建了基于复合能力培养的课程体系和"五位一体"的创新教育平台。 Company post practice is one of the most important links to train high skill compound NC professional, and also the main embodiment of school-enterprise cooperation. Focusing on the current situation of NC students’ company post practice, according to the actual situation of NC technology(middle and higher vocational) specialty and through communication with enterprises, this paper discusses the ways to cultivate the teachers’ integration ability of production, teaching and research,and builds the platform of "integration of production, teaching and research". The curriculum system based on the cultivation of composite ability and a "five-in-one" innovative education platform are constructed.
