育人是教育之本。根据习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话精神,心理育人作为"十大育人体系"重要组成部分,受到了高等学校的高度关注。本文从心理育人的内容、作用和建设三方面探讨了心理育人在高等学校人才培养工作中的重要意义。

Educating people is the foundation of education. According to the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, psychological education, as an important part of the "Ten Sports Systems", has been highly concerned by colleges and universities. This paper discusses the importance of psychological education in the training of talents in colleges and universities from three aspects: content, function and construction.
