国家层面困难生认定文件的指导意义解析

摘要 近年来,从应助尽助,到精准资助,再到资助育人,资助工作不断取得新的进展。家庭经济困难学生的认定作为精准资助的基础和重要内容之一,意义至关重大。而就家庭经济困难学生认定工作,自2007年国家发布教财〔2007〕8号文后,时隔11年才再次出台教财〔2018〕16号文,使得各项工作的开展有了具体的依据可以参考。本文拟就教财〔2018〕16号文的指导意义进行解析。 In recent years, new progress has been made in the work of financial aid, ranging from full assistance to precise financial aid, to financial aid for education. As one of the basis and important contents of precise financial aid, the identification of students with financial difficulties is of great significance. As for the identification of students with financial difficulties in their families, after the publication of Article 8 ofTeaching Finance 2007" in 2007, document 16 ofTeaching Finance 2018" was issued 11 years later, which provided specific basis for the development of various work. This paper intends to analyze the guiding significance of document No. 16 ofTeaching Finance [2018].
