摘要 本文简要分析了高等医学院校医学人文教育的现状,基于辅导员的视角提出了医学人文教育新模式——"大医精诚"医学生人文素质培养工程。此模式通过"演、论、行、思"四位一体的形式实施操作,以生为本,把学生作为医学人文教育的主人翁;融合发展,把人文教育与专业教育相结合;知行合一,把理论教育与实践操作相结合;全员育人、全过程育人,把人文教育贯穿到医学教育的方方面面。新模式的创建为医学院校医学人文教育提供了新范例。 This paper briefly analyses the current situation of medical humanities education in medical colleges and universities, and puts forward a new mode of medical humanities education from the perspective of counselors, namely, the project of cultivating humanities quality of medical students with great sincerity. This mode operates in the form of "acting, theory, action and thinking". It takes students as the main body of medical humanities education, integrates development, combines humanities education with professional education, integrates knowledge with practice, and educates people in the whole process, so that humanities education runs through all aspects of medical education. The establishment of the new model provides a new example for medical humanities education in medical colleges and universities.
