摘要
地方本科高校的转型发展是优化高等教育结构,促使学校办出特色的途径,也是地方高校在高等教育系统中找准生态位的过程。地方高校进一步强化应用型人才培养的办学定位,创新人才培养模式,提升人才培养的适应性与就业竞争力,落实的核心是师资队伍。多措并举,通过拓宽培养路径,全面促进教师终身学习;搭建实训平台,发展教师实践能力;依托地域优势、打造教师人才团队;分类评价,激励教师术有专攻;创新机制,保障教师队伍结构优化,是地方高校建设一支高质量的教师队伍的有效途径。
The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities is the way to optimize the structure of higher education and promote the school to run its own characteristics. It is also the process for local colleges and universities to find their niche in the higher education system. Local colleges and universities should further strengthen the orientation of the training of applied talents, innovate the training mode of talents, enhance the adaptability of personnel training and employment competitiveness, and the core of implementation is the teaching staff. It is an effective way to build a highquality teaching staff in local colleges and universities to take various measures to promote teachers’ lifelong learning by broadening training paths, building practical training platforms, developing teachers’ practical ability, relying on regional advantages, building teachers’ talent teams, classifying and evaluating, encouraging teachers’ technical expertise, and innovating mechanisms to ensure the optimization of teachers’ structure.
