高校思想政治教育是意识形态宣传的前沿阵地。少数民族大学生作为少数民族群体中的骨干分子,对他们的思想政治教育成功与否会直接关系到能否维护地方稳定和促进民族团结。面临更为复杂的宏观环境以及少数民族学生的个体化差异,使得这一群体在高校思想政治教育管理过程中经常呈现出"水土不服"的状态,需要我们唱响主旋律、巩固主阵地、拓展主渠道、打造主力军,建构符合新时代要求的少数民族学生教育管理模式。

University ideological and political education is the front position of ideological propaganda. Minority college students are the backbone of minority groups, doing a good job on their ideological and political policies will directly contribute to maintaining local stability and promoting national unity. Faced with more complex macro environment and the individual differences of minority students, this group often presents a state of "acclimatization" in the ideological and political education of universities. We need to sing the main melody, consolidate the main position, expand the main channels and build the main force.
