摘要
药理学是医学课程中学生反映较难的课程,而药理学教材内容上世纪80年代定型后长期未有结构性修改,存在总体定位不清、章节区块意识不强和理论系统性不彻底等问题。为了明确药理学教材在医学类人才培养中的定位,根据认知规律强化教材内容的区块结构,尽可能理清药理学知识的条理,本文提出了相应的合理化建议。本文还对代表性药物的选用、具体药物作用机制、药理作用、临床应用和不良反应等内容的编写一并提出了看法。
Pharmacology was regarded as one of the most difficult subjects, and the outline was almost not constructively modified after its frame structure was settled in 1980s. There are several shortcomings in current pharmacology textbooks: the aim of the textbooks was not clear, the frame structure of the textbooks was not well established, and the pharmacology theory was not thoroughly systematic. In order to solve the problems, the present article provided several constructive suggestions.The present article also provided suggestions to how to select the representative drugs, and how to compile their action mechanisms, pharmacological effects, clinical applications and adverse reactions.
