沪陕传染病防控评价体系中敏感指标的覆盖程度研究

摘要 目的比较沪陕两地传染病防控评价体系中敏感指标的覆盖程度,分析其与甲乙类法定报告传染病发病率的相关性。方法系统收集上海市、陕西省两地传染病相关政策文件资料,评价其敏感指标覆盖程度,采用相关性分析和单因素回归分析研究敏感指标覆盖程度与甲乙类法定报告传染病发病率之间的关系。结果2000~2017年沪陕传染病防控评价体系中敏感指标的覆盖程度均呈总体上升趋势,分别由8.36%、0.75%上升到50.58%、20.43%。相关和回归分析结果显示,沪陕两地敏感指标覆盖程度与传染病发病率均呈显著负相关(r上海市=-0.88、r陕西省=-0.75,P<0.05,调整R^2=0.79、0.31)。结论沪陕两地传染病防控评价体系中敏感指标的覆盖程度均有明显提升,且与传染病发病率之间存在相关性,陕西省敏感指标的覆盖程度较低。 Objective To compare the coverage of sensitive indicators in the evaluation system of infectious diseases prevention and control between Shanghai city and Shaanxi province,and analyze the correlation between the coverage of sensitive indicators and the incidence of class A and B infectious diseases. Methods The policies and documents on the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Shanghai city and Shaanxi province were systematically collected,and the coverage of sensitive indicators were evaluated. Correlation analysis and univariate regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between the coverage of the indicator and the incidence of infectious diseases. Results During 2000-2017, the coverage of sensitive indicators in infectious disease evaluation systems showed an upward trend in both Shanghai and Shaanxi, increasing from 8.36%, 0. 75% to 50. 58%, 20. 43% respectively. Correlation and regression analysis showed that the coverage of sensitive indicators in Shanghai and Shaanxi was negatively correlated with the incidence of infectious diseases ( rshanghai =-0. 88,rShaanxi =-0. 75, P <0. 05,adjusted R^2 was 0. 79 and 0. 31 respectively). Conclusion The coverage of sensitive indicators in the evaluation system of Shanghai and Shaanxi has been improved,and there is a significant correlation with the incidence of infectious diseases. The coverage of sensitive indicators in Shaanxi is lower.
