仓库内部布局的双叶Leaf方法及其通道角度优化 被引量:2

Twin Leaf Method for Warehouse Internal Layout and Its Aisles Angle Optimization

摘要 单元货载矩形仓库内部布局研究中,Leaf式是近年出现的一种,平衡库内面积利用率和总拣货距离较好,极具应用前景的单片树叶形非传统布局方法。现行Leaf布局的底部水平主通道紧贴库边,相关存取作业主要集中于通道一侧,库边一侧的通道作业受限,导致通道整体作业能力发挥不充分。基于将底部水平主通道倾斜抬升一定角度,使其能够双侧均衡作业,进而提高整体作业效率的改进构想,提出了一种形似两片树叶的双叶Leaf布局方法。双叶Leaf方法是单叶Leaf方法的推广,具有四种基本子形态。通过通道角度的优化建模,运用区间仿真方法和MATLAB工具求出了100种不同大小仓库双叶Leaf布局的最佳通道角度。相比单叶Leaf布局,其总拣货距离缩短了1.02%,理论可提升空间压缩了45.45%。 In the research of the internal layout of rectangular unit-load warehouse,Leaf layout is a promising non-traditional leaf-shaped layout emerging in recent years.It balances the space utilization and the total picking distance well.However,the horizontal cross-aisle at the bottom is close to the warehouse wall,and the relevant storage and retrieval operations can only be mainly performed on one side of the aisle and the aisle capacity cannot be fully utilized,which leads to the efficiency reduction problem.The proposed Twin Leaf layout,looks like two leaves,is based on the idea of tilting the horizontal cross-aisle up at a certain angle,enabling the operations to perform on both sides of the aisle,and further the operation efficiency could be improved.Twin Leaf layout is a generalized form of Leaf layout and has four basic sub-forms.With the angle optimization model of the cross aisles and the picking aisles of Twin Leaf layout,the optimum aisle angles of 100 rectangular warehouses of different sizes have been given by using interval simulation and MATLAB tools.Compared with Leaf layout,Twin Leaf layout can reduce the total picking distance by 1.02%,and compress the theoretical possible improvement space by 45.45%.
