麒麟丸联用枸橼酸他莫昔芬治疗少弱精子症的临床观察

Treatment of Oligoasthenospermia with Qilin Pill and Tamoxifen Citrate

目的探讨麒麟丸联用枸橼酸他莫昔芬治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效c方法选取106例少弱精子症患者,给予麒麟丸联用枸橼酸他莫昔芬口服治疗12周后,对依从性好的94例,以及其中66例原发不育和28例继发不育患者治疗前后的精液量、精子总数、a级精子和(a+b)级精子比例、正常精子百分率进行比较。结果94例少弱精子症和66例原发不育患者治疗后精子总数、a级和(a+b)级精子比例均较治疗前有极显著性提高(均PV0.01);但28例继发不育患者治疗后只有(a+b)级精子比例有显著性提高(PvO.05)。结论麒麟丸联用枸橼酸他莫昔芬能明显改善少弱精子症患者的精液质量,显著提高精子活力。

Objective To investigate effects of Qilin pill combined with tamoxifen citrate in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia. Methods 106 patients with oligoasthenospermia were selected. Patients were treated with Qilin pills combined with tamoxifen citrate for 12 weeks. The amount of semen, the total number of sperm, the ratio of a - sperm, the ratio of(a + b) sperm and the percentage of normal sperm were compared between 66 patients with primary sterility and 28 patients with secondary sterility. Results The total number of sperm after treatment, the ratio of a - sperm and (a+b)- sperm were significantly higher in 94 patients with oligoasthenospermia and 66 patients with primary sterility after treatment than those before treatment ( P<0.01). However, only ratio of (a+b)- sperm increased significantly after treatment in 28 patients with secondary infertility (P<0.05). Conclusion Qilin pill combined with tamoxifen citrate can obviously improve semen quality and enhance sperm vitality in patients w让h oligoasthenospermia.
