摘要
基于计划行为理论"意愿-行为"分析框架,构建了工程总承包情境中行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制等3个行为意愿要素对承包人尽善履约意愿以及行为影响因素的分析模型;通过问卷调查获取数据,采用偏最小二乘法对回收的195份问卷进行分析。结果显示,承包人感知价值态度、感知合作态度越积极,其尽善履约意愿就越强烈,承包人就越容易产生尽善履约行为;主观规范对承包人尽善履约意愿也有促进作用,但是并不显著;承包人知觉行为控制水平越高,其尽善履约意愿越强烈,并直接驱动尽善履约行为的产生。研究结果为工程总承包项目组织行为研究搭建了进一步深入研究的框架,也明确了相关部门诱导承包人尽善履约行为的制度设计关键点。
Based on the intention-behavior framework of planned behavior theory, this study constructs an analysis model including three behavioral intention elements, behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, which affect the contractor’s willingness to perform the contract. Data are obtained through questionnaire survey and 195 questionnaires are analyzed by partial least square method. Results show that the more positive the contractor’s perceived value attitude and perceived cooperation attitude are, the stronger the contractor’s willingness to fulfill the contract is, and the easier it is for the contractor to perform the contract. Subjective norms can also promote the contractor’s willingness to fulfill the contract, but they are not significant. The higher the contractor’s perceived behavior control level is, the stronger the contractor’s willingness to perform the contract well is, and it directly drives the occurrence of performance behaviors. The research results provide a framework for further research on the organizational behavior of general project contracting, and clarify the key points in the system design for relevant departments to induce contractors to do their best to perform the contract.
