摘要
采用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,研究了磷酸二氢铵溶液(ADP)凝固浴对不同比例的超细羽绒粉体(DP)/热塑性聚氨酯(PU)复合膜微观结构、力学性能、透湿性能和热学性能的影响,并与以水为凝固浴的DP/PU复合膜进行对比。结果表明,ADP有助于提高DP/PU复合膜的力学性能及热学性能。
Superfine down powder/polyurethane( DP/PU) films are prepared by usingN,N-dimethylacetamide( DMAc) as thesolvent. The effects of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate( ADP) on the microstructure, water vapor permeability, tensile properties andthermal properties of DP/PU films are investigated. Compared with the DP/PU films fabricated by using water as the coagulation, the DP/PUfilms prepared by using ADP as the coagulation show an improvement in the mechanical and thermal properties.
