暴力犯罪与非暴力犯罪精神分裂症患者症状及人格特征的回顾性研究

Retrospective study of symptoms and personality characteristic in patients with schizophrenia between violent crime and nonviolent crime

目的了解暴力犯罪与非暴力犯罪精神分裂症患者的症状及人格特征的差异。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,收集本院近2年暴力犯罪与非暴力犯罪住院的精神分裂症患者的一般人口学资料及症状自评量表(Symptom Check List 90,简称SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,简称EPQ),比较两组间一般人口学资料、SCL-90各因子分、EPQ人格维度的差异及暴力犯罪组SCL-90各因子分与EPQ人格维度的相关性。结果两组在文化程度(χ2=9.657,P=0.002)、职业(χ2=13.214,P=0.001)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SCL-90各因子分的差异无统计学意义;EPQ中精神质(t=2.309)和内外向(t=-2.938)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);暴力犯罪组SCL-90中焦虑(r=0.368,P<0.05)、敌对(r=0.356,P<0.05)因子分与精神质呈正相关,敌对与神经质呈正相关(r=0.357,P<0.05),敌对与掩饰程度呈负相关(r=-0.403,P<0.05)。结论暴力犯罪与非暴力犯罪精神分裂症患者在症状方面无明显差异,暴力犯罪的精神分裂症者更具有内向、孤僻、固执的人格特点。

Objective To understand the differences of symptoms and personality characteristic in patients with schizophrenia between violent crime and nonviolent crime.Methods The general demographic data and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) of schizophrenic patients hospitalized for violent and non-violent crimes in our hospital in the past two years were collected and compared between the two groups.The difference of personality dimension and the correlation between SCL-90 factor scores and EPQ personality dimension in violent crime group.Results There were significant differences in educational level(2=9.657,P=0.002),occupation(2=13.214,P=0.001) between the two groups(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in SCL-90 factors;there were significant differences in psychoticism(t=2.309) and extroversion(t=2.938) in EPQ(P<0.05);anxiety(r=0.368,P<0.05),hostility(r=0.35) in SCL-90 of violent crime group.6,P<0.05) factor scores were positively correlated with psychoticism,hostility was positively correlated with neuroticism(r=0.357,P<0.05),hostility was negatively correlated with the degree of concealment(r=-0.403,P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in symptoms between violent crime and non-violent crime schizophrenics.Violent crime schizophrenics have more introverted,isolated and stubborn personality characteristics.
