LED蓝色发光二极管与传统蓝光箱对新生高胆红素血症疗效对照 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨LED冷光源蓝光仪与传统双面蓝光箱治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法将2016年5月-2017年5月于本院新生儿住院150例诊断高胆红素血症患儿光疗时随机分为三组,即LED蓝色发光二极管低强度组、LED蓝色发光二极管高强度组、传统蓝光箱组,观察光疗效果及不良反应。结果两组临床疗效比较,LED蓝色发光二极管低强度组与传统蓝光箱光疗24 h后血清胆红素水平均明显下降,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),增加LED蓝色发光二极管光强度能缩短降低高胆红素血症水平时间,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05),LED蓝色发光二极管组的副作用少于传统双面蓝光箱组,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 LED蓝色发光二极管蓝光强度增加光疗效果更突出,且操作方便,副作用少,患儿舒适度好。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of LED cold light source Blu-ray instrument and traditional double-sided blue box in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,150 children with neonatal bilirubinemia who were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,low-intensity LED blue light group,high-intensity LED blue light group and traditional Blu-ray box group.Phototherapy effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results There was no significant difference in serum bilirubin level between LED blue light emitting diode low intensity group and traditional blue light box phototherapy group 24 hours after phototherapy(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Increasing the light intensity of LED blue light emitting diode could shorten the time of reducing the level of hyperbilirubinemia,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the side effect of the blue light emitting diode group was less than that of the traditional double side blue light box group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The blue light intensity of LED blue light-emitting diodes is more prominent,and the operation is more convenient,the side effects are less,and the comfort of children is good.
