尘埃加速器高压直流电源的研制和测试 被引量:4

摘要 高速尘埃的注入借助于尘埃加速器,其中高压直流电源就是尘埃加速器的重要部分。通过倍压电路理论分析后利用Simulink对电路进行仿真优化并基于Comsol有限元分析软件对电路建立模型,分析空间电势分布和电极处径向场强分布;实验中用π型滤波、新型绝缘材料减小纹波,再利用测试系统获得的电源实验数据和仿真数据进行分析对比。通过仿真发现主电容单独提高可以降低电源纹波以及电源中只有部分电极在30 mm以内发生电晕,实验中通过衰减笔方法实现了高电压的实时可视化波形显示。实验测试的波形数据表明电晕损耗使小功率高压电源纹波大于仿真值,120 kV可调节电源体积较小、输出电压稳定满足尘埃加速器的初步应用要求。 High-speed dust injection with the aid of dust accelerator,the high-voltage direct current power is an important part of the dust accelerator.After analyzing the voltage doubling circuit theory,the circuit is simulated and optimized by simulink,and the circuit model is established based on the Comsol finite element analysis software,and the spatial potential distribution and radial field intensity distribution at the electrode are analyzed.In the experiment,π type filter is used to reduce the ripple of the new insulating material,and then the experimental data of the power supply and the simulation data obtained by the test system are analyzed and compared.By simulation,it is found that increasing the main capacitance alone can reduce the ripple of the power supply and that only a part of the electrodes in the power supply occur corona within 30 mm.In the experiment,the high voltage real-time visual waveform display is realized by the method of attenuation pen.The experimental waveform data show that corona loss makes the ripple of the low-power high-voltage power supply larger than the simulation value,and the volume of the 120 kV adjustable power supply is small,and the out-put voltage is stable to meet the initial application requirements of the dust accelerator.
